Study on mechanical properties of multi-fiber reinforced fly ash concrete

Abstract Aiming at the problems of low strength and easy cracking concrete with large dosages fly ash, SSF, ARF, PPF were mixed into respectively according to same volume ratio. Various indexes tested change rule was analyzed. Besides, fiber spacing theory adopted explore anti-cracking mechanism on concrete. The results indicate that compressive flexural improved by three kinds in different dosage; RFC 7d between 14% 18%, 28d 13% 20%; SSF would produce strong bonding force mechanical bite force. ARF has a small impact concrete, but significant can be more evenly dispersed disperse release certain amount stress play reinforcing role. Combined SEM Microscopic Morphology Analysis Concrete, mix ratio fibers 1:1:1 is recommended.
